This is the third time at this lovely property and the owner has been busy replacing the sunbeds and sofa, with an additional reclining chair. Also the TV was brilliant, there used to be only a few channels but now it was like being back home, loads. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation. Yes our stay at 95 The Palms was very restful and peaceful, the area is not new to us having being going to this area for 8 years. The bungalow is very spacious and tidy but it is let down by the double bed which is very low and the mattress needs to be replaced as this has seen better days ! It also needs a new set of sheets and mattress protector too. Also the in-house towels need replacing as they have seen better days and were yellow instead of white, overall good property.

Gorgeous apt in super location of the palms. Well laid out 2 bed. Very quiet in the evenings and mornings due to not being on road side. Apt not over looked and close to pools and bar without any noise! Loved our stay here and will definitely return 🤗☀️🏖

We have stayed at the palms for the past 4 years and this apartment is the best by far. Very clean when we arrived. Nice furnishings. Good contact with agent in tenerife when we struggled with the safe who helped promptly as well as allowing us to stay longer on the last day as we had a night flight. Would highly recommend to any couples or families wanting to visit the palms. Thanks.

We had a brilliant stay at the property in the The Plams. The property was a great size and was spotless, it had everything you needed. The only thing that was missing was Air Con. The Palms is a great complex.

This was our second time staying in this accommodation. On the whole we loved it. On the positive side it is ideally situated on the complex itself with a beautiful outlook overlooking the gardens. It is spacious and clean with all you need having two bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen. My husband and I sleep separately due to his medical condition, so for me as a petite adult, I found the small bedroom to be enough for me as in comfort and space. On the downside, I think the second bedroom is not suitable for a couple due to the cabin bed design. You would have no space after one had pulled out the bottom of the cabin bed. It would be suitable for two children, but adults like to sleep together. One of the settee's was ripped, and this had not been mended from the last time we went. Lastly, there was plaster patches on the walls, obviously a result of repairs, and to add to this, we had a power cut (just in our accommodation) which occurred at 12 o'clock at night and took everything off including the fridge freezer - everything had to be thrown away. The agency dealt with this very quickly and sent an electrician the next morning. He had to return two days later to fix a damp problem which had got into one of the sockets in the main bedroom. Overall - we love the accommodation, and were aware of the above (apart from the power cut) that is why we returned. We shall certainly return in future.

Owners Reply: Thank you for the 4 star review. There is a small tear in one of the sofas but this doesn't detract from its comfort at all. (I doubt anyone would go out and buy a new sofa because of it). We have just commissioned some plastering and redecoration and this will be completed shorty. After this the bungalow will be looking in pristine condition! The electrical problem could have happened to anyone / in any property. Some water got into the electrics and caused it to trip. As you rightly say this was attended too immediately. (And preventative measures taken so it won't happen again). Our staff will always react quickly to any maintenance issues as we want our customers to have the best possible stay. Sorry that you were inconvenienced over this. For me the key thing is whether our guests want to return or not - I am so glad you will do so - and I think that shows just what a lovely property it is and what a great location it is in. My husband and I have been visiting Tenerife, particularly Golf Del Sur for 20 years. The last couple of times we have used the same agency and have been delighted with the apartments that have been on offer. This particular apartment was in a really pretty setting, very close to a small quiet pool (1 of 4), offering all the amenities you could wish for. Despite having difficulty with the front door on arrival, within the hour, the management team had organised its repair. Thank you so much, would love to stay again.

Good location for the Airport. Some local bars and shops nearby. Not the sprawling metropolis that Playa de las Américas is. If you want somewhere a little more relaxed here is a good option. But note, it is on the flight path into the Airport, so having planes fly over your head , making aircraft associated noises is something you should bear in mind. I like planes so it did't bother me or my partner.

I was disappointed when we arrived at the property for a few reasons, When we booked we stated that we needed to be near to ocean golf as that is where we had originally booked to be close to our friends who were staying and to be near to the amenities there but the owner had sold the property prior to our holiday so were given a choice of another one in ocean golf which was smaller or the palms, which was recommended by clickstay as they said it would be better for me as I am disabled. They said it would be easier for me but we were about a 15 walk from our friends and away from where we wanted. I struggled every day with the walking and did use taxis which were only a few euros a time. The bungalow is in need of a lot of work, there are 2 very big deep cracks in the bedroom wall, there is no en suite as advertised .there is a safe in the bedroom but it doesn't work. We did call the agent but nothing was done. The whole bungalow even though it was clean could do with a good paint and some tic.(maybe a new mattress in main bedroom as the springs were coming through, not at all comfortable especially for someone with a bad back) There were a lot of things in the small bedroom belonging to some returning guests which took up the wardrobe space . The resort itself is great and everyone is so friendly and we would return again. Then bungalow is lovely but I wouldn't stay there again unless it had been redecorated and the issues sorted.

Firstly I have nothing to do with your original booking so for the benefit of future travellers your review should concentrate on the property and not its proximity to another nearby complex. I absolutely dispute that the bungalow needs work. Having seen many on this complex this is definitely one of the best. (Please see previous review). The property is not advertised as having an ensuite nor a safe so I am not sure why you would expect that. (Although we are installing a safe for the future). There is a surface crack in the bedroom - hardly a big problem - and not unusual. We do our utmost to keep the property to the best standard possible for our guests but I do not believe the apartment needs redecorating. We did leave a couple of our belongings in the wardrobe as we were returning straight after your visit but these are now taken out. We do appreciate any comments made and where suitable they will be acted on. Thank you again for your 4 star review I just hope future guests rely a little more on the previous review which is far more accurate and factual.

We have stayed at the Palms many times and in lots of different properties. This was one of the better ones we have stayed in. The property is bright and clean throughout. The kitchen is very well equipped and the furniture and fixtures are of a good standard. There were only the two of us so we did not use the second bedroom but it seems quite small. The Palms is a great complex and we have made a few friends over the years. We have stayed at other complexes over the years but the Palms, for us is by far the best. Overall a great holiday once again and one of the better rental properties available thanx.
